FlexEJ are continuing to expand their Domestic Hot Water (DHW) range and in-house expertise for the Commercial Hot Water market – with their brand-new Skid-Mounted DHW Hot Water Solution. PhexStore – with built in PhexPak Packaged Plate Heat Exchanger, storage and digital control system.
PhexStore is designed specifically to be installed to supply hot water in all sizes of commercial applications. Designed and manufactured in the UK, and utilising only the very best components, this product offers a complete solution to hot water generation, in a pre-assembled, skid mounted package.
PhexStore comprises of 2 key components, a compact PhexPak Lite or PhexPak packaged plate heat exchanger, and an insulated hot water buffer vessel.
All required safety components for unvented hot water systems are also included; an expansion vessel sized to suit the storage volume, TPRV rated to the kW and flow capacity, cold feed PRV rated to the kW and flow capacity, temperature & pressure gauges, auto air vent, and anti-vacuum valve. There are also optional accessories available; immersion heater, pressure reducing valve, non-return valve and cold feed strainer.
With a kW rating from 50kW to 800kW, storage options from 250L to 2000L, plus the freedom to choose which options are paired together, the PhexStore offers a truly flexible solution.

Non-standard and custom-engineered orders and quantities are typically supplied within 7-14 working days but will be individually quoted.

Yes, FlexEJ has full design capability for engineered metal expansion joints and can work to any recognised standard – typically EJMA, B31.3/Appendix X, EN14917 plus PED and/or other customer specifications.
